The process of employment is not exempt from the advance technology accompanying Internet capability. Many reputable companies have opened their application process to include online applications. This step has proven beneficial to both the hiring companies and the job hunters as precious time and resources are saved when the resume reflects incompatibility to the company’s requirements.
Job seekers on the other hand can facilitate simultaneous sending of their resumes to different companies. They only need to understand that their resumes should be computer searchable. This means that their resumes should contain keywords that are highly desired and sought after by employers.
